Participation in the matchmaking and the evening reception on the 8th of May is free of charge. Similar to innovation missions, you will have to bear the cost of hotel & transportation to/from Athens by yourself.
If you wish to participate in the activities of the Partners for International Business (PIB) program 'Dutch Coalition for Defense and Security (DCDS) in Greece' during the DEFEA exhibition you can join the PIB companies cluster. If you’re not a cluster member, a fee of €375 applies.
The PIB activities include:
- A collective PIB NL pavilion;
- Representation of your company’s information in the PIB stand & flyer;
- Dinner hosted by the NIDV on the 10th of May;
- Bus transportation to and from the DEFEA;
- Support by NIDV and the local liaison during the exhibition.

Hotel:
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a block booking for the Dutch participants. We can suggest booking a hotel via booking.com in the area around Syntagma Square, Ermou street and the surrounding streets .
